I thought of this wonderful idea to push myself out my comfort zone in 2020. The best way to grow and accomplish our dreams are to push ourselves to do things we’re fearful of. As soon as I thought of this Fearless February challenge, I felt terrified to do it for 29 days. Because of course, I picked to do this challenge on a leap year. That’s when I knew I had to prove to myself I could do it. Also, the challenge would be a lot more fun with accountability partners doing it with me. If you’d like to join me on this challenge here are the details:
Each day in the month of February, you will do something that you’re fearful of, that makes you feel nervous or uncomfortable. This can be something small like eating a new food or taking a cold shower. Or it can be something big like traveling somewhere new, starting a new job, or skydiving. The key is to stay consistent the whole month.
Here are the Fearless February Challenge rules:
- You have until Monday, 2/3 to begin the challenge
- Post on your Instagram story or Instagram feed (whichever you prefer) one fearless thing you did every day. This can be a video, boomerang, picture or text on a background.
- Tag me @glamoroussade & use #FearlessFebruary2020 in each post (so I can keep track & cheer you on!)
Whoever completes this challenge will be entered into a raffle to win a $30 Visa Gift.
Essentially, I’ll be rewarding you with a little bit more than a $1 a day to do something that will propel your personal growth. To check out my videos explaining the challenge, as well as the other people who’ve started the challenge, head over to my Instagram page and tap my Fearless Feb. highlight.
