How to Manifest Anything You Want

As many of you know, in addition to working in advertising day to day and being a blogger, I’ve started a business. While it’s fun and exciting, it also comes with a lot of debt, work, and faith that it’ll be profitable. Somedays I’m confident and I know that I’m doing well. Other days I think I’m insane for even attempting to pull off a business. I assume it’s a part of the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial life. I am constantly listening to personal development videos due to my Youtube Premium account where I can download as many videos as I like. One day this video about this woman manifesting $6,000 in 24 hours caught my eye. I really want to manifest more sales of my Finesse bottles, so I figured this video would be worth my while. Not only could this benefit me monetary but more importantly it would help me share the value of my brand with more people.

In the video, the woman discusses how she had a medical bill that was $6,000. She recently quit her job to pursue her entrepreneurial career full time and could not afford to pay the bill. Long story short, she downloaded a fake check offline and wrote it out to herself. Soon after writing the check, she started to believe she had the money already. She acted like she had it and truly believed it without a doubt in her mind that she had it. At this point, I’m thinking this lady is cuckoo, why am I watching this? I really should be watching a Robert Kiyosaki video. I was already invested into her story so I kept watching. Coincidentally, the company she used to work for ended up having a lawsuit filed against them. Since she worked there during a certain time period, she was entitled to a little over $5,900. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT?! She used this money to pay the bill and lived happily ever after…The powers of the law of attraction are so REAL!

Ironically the next day I read about this study conducted by Penn State researchers that proved that anticipating stress can set us up to have a stressful day, solely because that’s what we are focusing our mind on. It’s truly that simple. What you focus your mind on tends to be what ends up happening to you. Most of my stressful days come from self-doubt and me psyching myself out, but majority of the time I tend to blame external forces for circumstances that happen to me. Things don’t just happen to you for no reason, the universe aligns things to direct you in a certain path. There’s really only three answers in life – yes, not yet, or there’s something better. If you focus on an idea and believe wholeheartedly that you’re meant to fulfill it, it will happen. I’m convinced that your will and drive to bring your idea into fruition will cause it to happen.

What you consume your mind with is what becomes your reality. I know many of us have heard of the Law of Attraction and are indifferent about whether it works or not. I was right there with you until I witnessed many success stories unfold that showed the benefits of believing something will happen, being 100% certain, and then actually experiencing it happen. It’s conditioning your mind.

I’ll leave you with three tips on how to manifest exactly what you want no matter how big or small it is.

1. Don’t just tell yourself that you’re going to win the day every morning, but actually believe it without a doubt

2. Write a note to yourself stating that you’re going to fulfill whatever dream you desire. Keep that note and/or “fake check” on you, read it frequently, and visualize it happening with intention

3. This will not happen overnight. Training your brain to truly believe in the idea you’re trying to manifest takes time and effort. You have to believe it as if it’s true, even if you have no idea how it’s going to happen. I promise you if you do this correctly, you will be pleasantly surprised.

BONUS – See if you can correctly answer the question below. This will test whether or not you really understood and internalized this post:

Which one of the following athletes ended up being the most successful at the end of a six week time period?

a. The one who practiced his free throws for 6 weeks

b. The one who visualized himself making the free throw every single time for 6 weeks

c. The one that didn’t practice at all for 6 weeks

You guessed it, b is correct!
